I have that idea that 007 is on a mission and gets hurt/shot/blown up/whatever and Q is still in contact with him and hears everything that happens over the transmitter. 007 is injured quite badly and is in danger of losing consciousness. Q talks to him and tries to keep him awake until help arrives (I do believe that the MI6 would send help in such a case). A situation where Q is very worried and scared for Bond..
